In this role, you will:

• Preferrably with experiance in the Retail Chain-Store Distribution Industry.
• Accountable for the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, inventory management, picking, packing, dispatch, and delivery coordination.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Warehouse Team Leaders and warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence, productivity, safety, and service standards.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, stock control, FIFO compliance, warehouse SOP adherence, and accurate warehouse reporting (TRS/WMS).
• Monitor warehouse KPIs, including inventory accuracy, productivity, order fulfilment, loading/unloading efficiency, and implement continuous process improvements to optimize warehouse operations.
• Manage warehouse resources and operating costs within the approved budget while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth warehouse operations and timely deliveries to retail outlets.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues, including stock discrepancies, damaged goods, supplier issues, inventory shortages, and other escalations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, statutory regulations, and audit requirements, while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

You might thrive in this role if you have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in the wholesale, retail, FMCG, or distribution industry.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics planning, FIFO, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS/TRS/ERP).
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop warehouse teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Working Location: Taman Perindustrian Bukit Raja Selatan, 41050 Klang, Selangor.
