About the role

The Warehouse Inbound Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing all inbound logistics activities in the warehouse. This role involves ensuring the accurate and timely receipt of goods, managing inventory, cross dock progress and internal teams, and maintaining efficient operations to support the overall supply chain process.

In this role, you will:

• Supervise a warehouse inbound staff.
• Coordinate with related department and employees to help with storage, shipping and receiving operations.
• Cross Dock operation.
• Oversee incoming shipments of stock.
• Inspect stock for damage.
• Record incoming shipments in computer systems.
• Manage inventory in a warehouse.
• Ensure timely unloading of incoming shipments.
• Review receiving processes and make changes to promote efficiency.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on inbound activities, including key metrics such as inventory levels, receiving accuracy, and any issues encountered.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior warehouse staff involved in inbound operations and provide guidance on best practices and procedures.

You might thrive in this role if you have:

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Education: SPM/diploma or equivalent or a related field is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills and internal teams.
• Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to inbound logistics quickly and efficiently.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move heavy items, stand or walk for extended periods, and work in varying warehouse conditions.
