In this role, you will:

• Coordinate daily warehouse administrative activities and ensure the timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor inventory records and ensure stock accuracy in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Process and verify Purchase Requests (PR), Transfer Orders (TO), and related warehouse documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain complete and accurate operational documentation.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisors to resolve operational issues promptly.
• Prepare and manage packing lists, Delivery Orders (DO), and invoices for all products picked in the warehouse.

You might thrive in this role if you have:

• Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Prior experience in warehouse administration is preferred.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with good time management skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to meet deadlines.
• SPM/Diploma/Degree holder area encouraged to apply

Compensation, Benefits and Perks

The salary is RM2,500 - RM3,500

per month
