About the role
Responsible for demand planning, inventory management, and purchasing to ensure smooth operations. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, monitoring stock levels, and supporting overall supply chain efficiency.
In this role, you will:
- Prepare monthly demand planning and forecasting for both local and overseas products (familiar with analysing sales trend/history and growth).
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal inventory through internal systems (to prevent overstocking or stockouts)
- Involve in stock take and coordinate with warehouse team for stock accuracy
- Issue Purchase Order (PO) based on latest Purchase Agreement (PA) with suppliers
- Update and control monthly purchasing budget to ensure alignment with company financial plan
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any supply issues or delays (support both production and outlet demands).
- Prepare reports (KPI's related)
- Assist in any ad-hoc task or other assignments as required by the superior or Management

Compensation, Benefits and Perks
The salary is RM3,800 - RM4,500
per month
