About the role

Responsible for supporting store operations, managing stock replenishment and inventory, and ensuring a well-organized sales floor while delivering good customer service.

In this role, you will:

• Support daily store and sales floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

• Manage stock receiving activities, including operating a forklift or lift truck when required.

• Pick and replenish stock from storage to the sales floor to ensure product availability.

• Ensure shelves, racks, and top stock are consistently well-stocked and properly displayed.

• Maintain accurate inventory and assist in stock control processes.

• Organize and arrange incoming stock according to the correct department and location, including the sales floor.

• Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the store and selling area.

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product inquiries on the sales floor.

You might thrive in this role if you have:

• Able to read and write in Bahasa Melayu and English.

• Physically fit with high stamina; able to lift heavy items, move quickly, and climb stairs when required.

• Good numerical skills; able to perform basic calculations (addition and subtraction) for stock counting.

• Strong communication skills when dealing with staff and customers.

• Detail-oriented, especially in checking stock condition, damaged items, and customer orders.

• Hardworking, proactive, and able to learn and adapt quickly.

Compensation, Benefits and Perks

The salary is RM1,700 - RM1,900

per month
