About the role
The Shop Assistant will be responsible to assist the retail store manager with working the floor, managing inventory, and providing customer service, This position requires physical fitness and excellent stamina, good interpersonal and strong team spirit.
In this role, you will:
- Receiving, unpacking and arranging newly delivered stocks.
- Assisting customer complaints and inquiries.
- Assisting customer in finding the products they're looking for.
- Sharp, precise, and very careful in handling the job.
- Labelling and arranging goods on the display shelves.
- Hardworking and positive in all instruction given.
- Responsible to retail selling.

- Min SPM
- Age between 18-36
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and numeracy skills
- Willingness to work on shifts, weekend, and public holidays
Compensation, Benefits and Perks
The salary is RM1,700 - RM1,900
per month
