About the role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Account Executive to manage full sets of accounts, monthly closing, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate is well-versed in accounting principles, has hands-on experience with accounting software, and can work independently with minimal supervision.
In this role, you will:
JOB SCOPE
- Oversee Full Spectrum of Accounting Operations Manage all accounting operations, including full set of accounts, to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
- Monthly Financial Reporting Supervise and coordinate the preparation of accurate and timely monthly financial statements and other related reports.
- Budgeting & Forecasting Coordinate the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts; monitor actual performance and report variances.
- Financial Systems & Controls Establish and implement internal controls and procedures to improve the efficiency of existing financial systems.
- Stakeholder Communication Liaise with internal departments and external parties to resolve invoice and payment discrepancies professionally and in a timely manner.
- Transaction Management Handle day-to-day accounting activities including invoicing, payment processing, receipts, and journal entries in the accounting system.
- Document Management Maintain accurate and systematic recording and filing of all financial documents for audit and compliance purposes.
- Team Support & Ad-hoc Assignments Support the accounting team with ad-hoc assignments and assist in meeting operational deadlines.
- Data Entry & Routine Tasks Assist in data entry and perform other administrative accounting duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field; ACCA qualification is an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the retail and wholesale industry.
- Proficient in accounting software, especially SQL and SAP.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.
- Highly responsible, discreet, and eager to learn; able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Computer literate, with solid skills in Microsoft Office — Excel proficiency is essential.
