About the role

The Floor Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring employee activity, coordinating the shipping and receiving of merchandise, solving problems at a day-to-day level and assisting customers.

In this role, you will:

• To be responsible for operating the management of goods under one department following Procedures of the Company.
• To ensure FIFO sequence when stacking up the Goods.
• To monitor and feedback timely on the sales trend and customer purchase trend to purchasing team.
• To ensure pricing and display of merchandise items are correct and up to company's standard.
• To ensure cleanliness of department area & store.
•  Promotes professionalism of staff in retail operation department.
• To guide and ensure the system for overall department activities in good order.
• To assists in providing on-the-job training for new and existing staff when required
• Deputies to manage store in the absence of Outlet Manager/Assistant Outlet Manager

• Age between 35-50
• Fully vaccinated
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
