About the role

We are looking for a dedicated/proactive personality to join our big family as part of our IT Internship. We are committed in providing on-the-job experience and mentoring to prepare the interns for real working experience.

In this role, you will:

• Documentation and record-keeping of IT assets and processes

• Provide 1st level IT support to end users

• Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues

• Support daily IT operations and tasks as assigned

You might thrive in this role if you have:

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Has good command of both written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic IT knowledge.

Compensation, Benefits and Perks

The salary is RM800 - RM1000

per month
