About the role

We’re looking for an Inventory Executive to handle stock control, update records, and support smooth daily warehouse operations.

In this role, you will:

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Plan stock orders for outlets to maintain optimal inventory levels based on demand forecasts and sales performance.
2. Communicate with suppliers to coordinate stock arrangements, and accurate delivery.
3. Manage order schedules to prevent overstock or out of stock, ensuring all deliveries are timely, cost-effective, and in line with company standards.
4. Prepare and coordinate special stock allocations for promotions, seasonal events, or customer-specific orders, ensuring accurate and timely distribution.
5. Handle outlet issues related to damaged goods and out-of-stock items, ensuring swift resolution and proper follow-up.
6. Prepare and update monthly reports with accurate data and actionable to support inventory performance tracking and decision-making.
7. Document deliveries and shipments to update inventory. Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.
8. Schedule stock take on monthly basis for online warehouse & all the retail outlet & counter at departmental store; Warehouse (offline) shall be scheduled half yearly basis. Ensuring employees to participate in the stock take & relevant PIC is available to supervise the physical inventory and the follow up of variances.
9. Monitors demand and analyses data to anticipate future supply and logistical needs.
10. Reports on inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency and personnel issues to upper management.
11. Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met.

REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor Degree / Certificate/ Diplomas in Supply Chain /Logistics/ Warehousing/ Stock Management /Inventory.
• At least with 1 year working experience.
• High integrity, committed and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Solid knowledge of data analysis & inventory management
• An analytical mind with strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
