Our team is expanding, and we are looking for new talent who is passionate about payroll / training and development to support our growth

In this role, you will:

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and execute all tasks related to the employee life cycle, including but not limited to onboarding, promotions, transfers, and offboarding processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely management of employee records, documentation, and system updates to maintain data integrity.
• Facilitate payroll processing and statutory compliance, ensuring timely submissions and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Administer employee benefits, claims, and reimbursements in alignment with company policies.
• Support the preparation and submission of statutory reports and surveys as required.
• Maintain and organize HR documentation and personnel files to ensure efficient record-keeping.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and support programs aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction and development.
• Assist in performance management processes and other HR-related projects as needed.
• Provide general HR administrative support and handle ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth HR operations.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Human Resources/Business Administration or equivalent qualifications in any disciplines complemented with relevant experience.
• Preferably at least 1 year of working experience in the related field, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good spoken and written English, Malay and Chinese.
• Demonstrate the ability in setting priorities, committed, meeting deadlines and able to multi-task.
• Possess statistical and analytical skill.
• Willing to learn and team player.
