In this role, you will:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute all tasks related to the employee life cycle, including but not limited to onboarding, promotions, transfers, and offboarding processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely management of employee records, documentation, and system updates to maintain data integrity.
- Facilitate payroll processing and statutory compliance, ensuring timely submissions and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Administer employee benefits, claims, and reimbursements in alignment with company policies.
- Support the preparation and submission of statutory reports and surveys as required.
- Maintain and organize HR documentation and personnel files to ensure efficient record-keeping.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and support programs aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction and development.
- Assist in performance management processes and other HR-related projects as needed.
- Provide general HR administrative support and handle ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth HR operations.

Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Human Resources/Business Administration or equivalent qualifications in any disciplines complemented with relevant experience.
- Preferably at least 1 year of working experience in the related field, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good spoken and written English, Malay and Chinese.
- Demonstrate the ability in setting priorities, committed, meeting deadlines and able to multi-task.
- Possess statistical and analytical skill.
- Willing to learn and team player.

The salary is RM2500-3000
per month
