About the role

The Floor Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring employee activity, coordinating the shipping and receiving of merchandise, solving problems at a day-to-day levels and assisting customers.

In this role, you will:

• To be responsible for operating the management of go0ds under one department following procedures of the Company
• To ensure FIFO sequence when stacking up the goods
• To monitor and feedback timely on the sales trend and customer purchase trend to the purchasing team
• To ensure pricing and display of merchandise items are correct and up to the company's standard
• To ensure cleanliness of department area and store
• Promotes professionalism of staff in the retail operation department
• To guide and ensure the system for overall department activities is in good order
• To assist in proving on-the-job training for new and existing staff when required
• Deputies to manage store in the absence of Outlet Manager/Assistant Outlet Manager

• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• Age between 22-25
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
