About the role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Supervisor to help with the daily admin work for our inventory and warehouse operations. This role is great for fresh graduates or entry-level candidates who are organized, willing to learn, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily administrative tasks related to inventory and warehouse operations
- Assist in maintaining reports and updating records of inventory, procurement, and delivery tracking systems
- Prepare and manage documentation using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the team

Requirements:
- Fresh graduate or equivalent qualification (Diploma or SPM level is acceptable)
- Basic knowledge of inventory or warehouse operations is a plus
- Computer literacy – MS Excel, Word, and basic data entry
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills – verbal and written
- Able to work both independently and as a team
Compensation, Benefits and Perks
The salary is RM1700.00-RM2,200.00
per month
