About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Admin & Shipping Assistant to join our team at Rakanda Enterprise Sdn Bhd in Semenyih, Selangor. This full-time role will be responsible for providing administrative and shipping support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

In this role, you will:

• Handling administrative tasks such as data entry, filling, and document management
• Assisting with shipping and logistics coordination, including preparing shipments, booking transport (lorry/ship/flight), tracking deliveries, and liaising with couriers or freight forwarders.
• Providing customer service support, answering inquires, and addressing any issues that arise
• Maintaining inventory records and optimizing storage and organization of supplies
• Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc tasks and project as needed
• Compliance: Ensuring adherence to shipping regulation

You might thrive in this role if you have:

• Previous experience in an administrative or shipping assistant role, preferably within the Retail & Wholesale industry
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
• Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office suite, Excel and shipping documentation (Bill of Lading, Invoicing)
• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
• A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
• Minimum Qualification: STPM/Diploma

The salary is RM2,500 - RM3,500

per month
