About the role

We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Clerk to handle daily administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, front desk support, and basic order processing. The role ensures smooth office operations and accurate record keeping.

In this role, you will:

• Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate filing systems, records, and documents.
• Monitor and follow up on departmental action items, project timelines, and submission deadlines.
• Support document control and ensure proper documentation is maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate and up-to-date company records.
• Monitor office supplies inventory and coordinate replenishment or purchase orders when required (PO).
• Perform other administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management from time to time.

• Minimum qualification: SPM
• At least 1 year of working experience in related field
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel)
• Strong organizational skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work accurately
