About the role

The Shop Assistant is responsible for assisting the Retail Store Manager in floor operations, managing inventory, and providing good customer service.

In this role, you will:

• Receiving, unpacking and arranging newly delivered stocks
• Labelling and organizing goods on the display shelves
• Assisting customers in locating the products they're looking for
• Handling customer complaints and inquiries courteously
• Must be sharp, precise and careful in performing duties
• Responsible for retail selling activities

You might thrive in this role if you have:

• Min SPM
• Age Between 18-35
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior Experience or basic knowledge in retail is an added advantage

Compensation, Benefits and Perks

The salary is RM1,700 - RM2,100

per month
