In this role, you will:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Ensure inventory accuracy through proper stock control, cycle counts, and stock audits
• Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including manpower planning, task allocation, and performance monitoring
• Ensure all warehouse activities comply with company SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure smooth inbound and outbound operations.
• Monitor warehouse productivity, space utilization, and operational efficiency
• Investigate and resolve operational issues such as stock discrepancies, damages, or delays
• Prepare reports on inventory status, operational performance, and manpower utilization
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse processes and cost efficiency

You might thrive in this role if you have:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or distribution centre operations
• Experience in managing warehouse teams and handling large-volume inventory.
• Familiar with WMS/ERP systems and MS Excel
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure

Compensation, Benefits and Perks

The salary is RM4,000 - RM6,000

per month
