About the role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and drive the growth of our product line. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills, with a keen understanding of market trends and e-commerce operations. This role is key to expanding our customer base, strengthening client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell plastic products in actual retail store.
• Identify and approach potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, account) to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient order fulfillment.
• Monitor sales performance and report on KPIs regularly.
• Support and grow our presence across online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.

You might thrive in this role if you have:

• Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in plastic products or manufacturing sectors.
• Hands-on experience in e-commerce operations (e.g., online product listing, digital sales campaigns, marketplace management).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently.
• Strong research and analytical skills to understand market dynamics and client needs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to travel when necessary.

Compensation, Benefits and Perks
