About the role
We are seeking a motivated and disciplined IT Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our IT Department.
In this role, you will:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, software, and network issues.
- Perform maintenance and upkeep of computer hardware, peripherals, and IT equipment.
- Assist in setting up and configuring workstations, printers, and other IT devices.
- Support users with password resets, software installations, and system updates.
- Maintain accurate records of IT inventory and service requests.
- Follow IT policies and procedures to ensure security and efficiency.

The salary is RM2000-RM2700
per month
