About the role

We are looking for a dedicated/proactive personality to join our big family as part of our IT Internship. We are committed in providing on-the-job experience and mentoring to prepare the interns for real working experience.

In this role, you will:

Internship vacancies are available in various functions as follows:

• Support IT team in setting up and managing IT Governance Processes (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Request etc)
• To coordinate/support systems testing with business key users and compile/document test results -To assist in building systems process and functions guides
• To assist in documenting project deliverables and upload to Sharepoint
• To assist in data loading for report creations
• Building a repository or folder structure to improve documentation.
• To perform certain level of administrative work, such as open tasks follow up, arrange meetings, support.

You might thrive in this role if you have:

Requirements • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent. • Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office / Excel / PowerPoint. • Has good command of both written and spoken English. • A team player with good interpersonal skills
