About the role

Our team is expanding, and we are looking for intern who is passionate about payroll / training and development to support our growth

In this role, you will:

a. Assist in payroll management, such as : - Checking on monthly attendance - Leave & Overtime checking and approval. - Monthly staff’s claim checking. b. Assist in HR initiatives and improvement. c. Assist in system testing & Yearly preparation (EA form, Public Holiday Calendar & etc.). d. Involvement in design & develop internal training module to improve overall workforce capabilities. e. Engage external trainers for staffs’ skills/work improvement. f. Assist company to claim on HRDF for HRDF claimable courses. g. Assist in training arrangement including scheduling, materials preparation & facilities arrangements. h. Assist to prepare training evaluation form.

You might thrive in this role if you have:

Detail oriented. Microsoft office (Formulas & Graphs). Payroll software (Added advantage). Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Positive attitude, with strong communications skills and eagerness to learn. Fluent in English, Bahasa (Written & Spoken) Mandarin (Written & Spoken) will be advantage.

Compensation, Benefits and Perks

The salary is Range RM500- RM900

per month
