HR Executive (Payroll & Training)

About the role

You are a detailed oriented talent with fast learning skills who can adapt in new fast-paced retail environment. You will be handling HR related tasks including payroll, training & Development, staff performances and etc.

In this role, you will:

Payroll, Compensation & Benefits: a.Responsible for full spectrum of payroll management, ensure payment timeliness. -System update for staffs’ monthly movement during their employment -Checking on staffs’ monthly attendance -Pre-checking and monthly staffs’ benefits payment for payroll process (Eg.Sales TargetIncentive, attendance allowance) -Leave & Overtime checking and approval -Process Payroll & Payment upload for management approval -Claim checking and payout -Post-payroll reports preparation (Payment voucher & Generate Journal) b.Perform as 2nd checker for payroll relevant information, ensure data accuracy. c.Liaise with relevant government bodies regarding monthly statutory submission. (KWSP,SOCSO,EIS,HRDF,PCB) d.Letter preparation and issue warning letter. Counselling session needed for staffs with 2ndwarning letters. e.Managing HR system and software. Has experience in system testing. f.Manage yearly activities such as EA form, Public Holiday Calendar, performance appraisal. g.Asist in yearly company increment and bonus preparation. h.Lead and support in HR projects and improvements. i.Have a clear understanding of company policies and answer employees' queries about HR-related issues. j.Prepare analysis reports according to business requirements. k.Ad-hoc task and projects as assigned. Training and Development: a.Design & develop internal training module to improve overall workforce capabilities. b.Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with business objectives. c.Engage external trainers for staffs’ skills/work improvement. d.Deliver and facilitate training workshop when require. e.Assist company to claim on HRDF for HRDF claimable courses. f.Coordinate training arrangement including scheduling, materials preparation & facilitiesarrangements. g.Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback, assessment, andperformance matric.

You might thrive in this role if you have:

Skill & knowledge / Experience in Field : Have knowledge in payroll management. Detail oriented. Microsoft office (Formulas & Graphs).
